The names, images, blog posts, and logos in this website and their products and services are proprietary marks of The Petal Dispatch LLC unless otherwise noted. Any material found within the pages of this website, including any text or images may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted or transmitted in any way. Permission for any use must be obtained by contacting The Petal Dispatch LLC beforehand. By using this website, you agree not to adapt, alter or create any derivative work from any of the materials contained in this site. The material on this site cannot be used for any other purpose other than for your own personal and non-commercial use unless the appropriate permission has been granted by The Petal Dispatch LLC.
All online images utilized in our marketing and promotions are representative of the flowers that we grow, and do not fully represent any products ordered. Images displayed closely resemble the item and are based on seasonality, variety, and product ordered, but does not guarantee the look of product you may receive as flowers can change in appearance from week to week.
All sales through our website must be paid by a major debit card or credit card or Apple Pay. Orders and payments cannot be changed, modified, or combined once placed.
The Petal Dispatch LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel a new order. We will only do so if the order is placed outside of our delivery area, or if we do not have product or appropriate staffing availability. You will be notified immediately.
The Petal Dispatch LLC has a strict no refund/return policy. Bouquet, Arrangement, and Flower/CSA Subscription purchases are non-refundable. Flowers are perishable products and we reserve them for our clients at the time of purchase. By purchasing these items, the client understands that flowers are a perishable product, with a variable vase life of 3-7 days. The Petal Dispatch LLC will not be held responsible for shortened vase life or poor flower quality. If there is an issue with your order, please take a photo and get in touch within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address it.
The Petal Dispatch LLC bears no responsibility for misuse of its flower products and flower food. Purchasers of our products online and at pop-ups are to use caution when handling flowers and any flower food packets or flower food made in their homes.
Tulip bulb sales: Although we source our Dutch-grown tulip bulbs directly from credible brokers, The Petal Dispatch LLC cannot be held responsible for any losses due to improper storage, delayed planting, improper planting, inexperience with plant-specific growing requirements, and growing conditions out of our control. We accept no responsibility for the guarantee you give your customers. In no case will The Petal Dispatch be liable for any dollar amount greater than the sum originally received for the product.
All products online are Farmer’s Choice only, unless a special request arrangement has been made with The Petal Dispatch LLC via E-mail prior to purchase. All Farmer’s Choice/Florist’s Choice items use flowers, foliage, and vase varieties and colors that are available and in bloom at the time. The purchaser is responsible for reading directions and specifics for each product.
Once your order is delivered, The Petal Dispatch LLC forfeits all and bears no responsibility for any missing deliveries. Purchasers are responsible to ensure someone is available to receive flowers, remove them from direct sunlight, and place them in fresh water. On the day of your delivery, you will be contacted via text message alerting you that your order is on its way. Our delivery person will either knock on your door or ring the doorbell, and will send a text notifying you that your order has arrived. Your delivery will be left in the best spot available, away from direct sunlight, if possible, for the flowers to sit.
We currently do not provide shipping for our products.
The Petal Dispatch LLC offers limited delivery within the city of Portland, Oregon. We can make special exceptions for clients within 30 miles from Portland, Oregon, depending upon staff and flower availability. Please contact us for special order requests prior to purchase.
The Petal Dispatch LLC may need to contact you via text or phone call in regards to your order in time-sensitive occurrences, such as same-day changes to CSA shares or if any attempts to contact the purchaser via E-mail are unsuccessful.
